Booking confirmation: All bookings are requests until confirmed by our team over call or WhatsApp. Car availability and final pricing are confirmed at that point.

Car model & allocation: Cars shown on the website are indicative. We allocate the booked model or a similar car of the same category based on availability.

Pricing & fuel: Rates are shared by our team on confirmation and exclude fuel, tolls, parking, permits, state taxes and driver allowance unless explicitly stated.

Kilometre limits: Packages include a set kilometre limit. Extra kilometres, extra hours and night driving are charged as per the rate card shared at booking.

Self-drive documents: A valid original driving licence, government ID and address proof are mandatory at pickup. Traffic fines and challans during the rental are payable by the renter.

Damages & cancellation: Any damage, loss or fuel shortfall is chargeable. Cancellation and refund terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Offers: Promotional offers, including the Independence Day offer, cannot be clubbed with other discounts and can be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
