Good to know before you book
Booking confirmation: All bookings are requests until confirmed by our team over call or WhatsApp. Vehicle availability and the final quote are confirmed at that point.
Car model & allocation: Cars shown on the website are indicative. We allocate the booked model or a similar car of the same category based on availability.
Quote & fuel: Your best quote is shared by our team on confirmation. Fuel, tolls, parking, permits, state taxes and driver allowance are included only when explicitly stated.
Kilometre limits: Packages include a set kilometre limit. Any extra kilometres, hours or night driving requirements are confirmed by our team before booking.
Self-drive documents: A valid original driving licence, government ID and address proof are mandatory at pickup. Traffic fines and challans during the rental are payable by the renter.
Damages & cancellation: Any damage, loss or fuel shortfall is chargeable. Cancellation and refund terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.
Special requests: Wedding decorations, specific colours and other special arrangements depend on availability and must be confirmed by our team.
